Return & Exchanges

 

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Garments showing signs of wear, stains, pet hair, odor, or alteration cannot be accepted.

 

 

Final sale items, undergarments, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

 

 

To start a return, submit a return request via our online portal. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Pack items securely and drop them off at the designated carrier location.

 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges are processed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

 

 

Domestic return shipping is complimentary for eligible returns.
